He was predeceased by: his parents, William Douglas and Catherine Elizabeth Cook; his brothers, Douglas Gary and Jeffery Stuart Cook; his aunt Virginia; and his uncle James Garfield Duvall.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Mann of Charlotte, NC and Doug; his sister-in-law Monica Cook of Fredericksburg, VA; his sister Lea; his siblings-in-law, Mike Frye of Woodridge, VA and Barbara Cook of Nokesville, VA.; and his uncle Herby.
