It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Alan Arthur III of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Arthur; his sister Erin Michelle Arthur (David McLeary); his nephew Kai David Strouth; his grandmother Carolyn Steinberg; his stepgrandfather Mark Steinberg; his aunts and uncles, Karen Elkins, Stephanie Arthur, Candy Arthur, Keith Elkins, David Arthur, Rick Arthur and Chris Taylor; and his cousins, Elizabeth Taylor and Natalie Taylor.
