Arthur; his sister Erin Michelle Arthur (David McLeary); his nephew Kai David Strouth; his grandmother Carolyn Steinberg; his stepgrandfather Mark Steinberg; his aunts and uncles, Karen Elkins, Stephanie Arthur, Candy Arthur, Keith Elkins, David Arthur, Rick Arthur and Chris Taylor; and his cousins, Elizabeth Taylor and Natalie Taylor.
