It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline K. Carnahan (Fredericksburg, Virginia), born in Stafford, Virginia, who passed away on May 8, 2018, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Durwood Franklin; and her daughter Kelsey Carnahan. She is survived by: her parent Virginia Franklin; her husband Thomas E. Carnahan; her children, Tim Carnahan (Cindy), Kendra Hanrahan (Jesse), Joshua Carnahan (Amber) and Michael Carnahan; her grandchildren, Kelsey, Robbie, Hallie Rose, Julia, Levi, Randy, Noah and Zac; and her sister Gaye Shelton (Frank). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
