He was predeceased by: his wife Betty D. Raines; his siblings, James Raines, Harold Raines and Frances Willoughby; and his parents, Ashby Raines and Dorothy Raines.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Raines and Michael Raines; his grandchildren, Ashley Raines, Joshua Raines and Brandon Raines; his siblings, Vicky Meyers (Charles), Dale Raines (Phyllis), Debbie Gatewood (Wayne) and Dennis Raines (Debbie); and his pet Peyton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Buck's honor to the Hulls Memorial Baptist Church at 420 Enon Road, Fredericksburg, Va, 22406.
