He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Caldwell Warlick, Sr. and Lucy Harrelson Warlick; and his brothers, Alfred Caldwell Warlick, Jr. and Robert Bruce Warlick. He is survived by: his wife Anne Embrey Shanklin Warlick; his son John Harrelson Warlick (Susan Kerns Warlick); his grandchildren, Katherine Anne Warlick and Scott Turner Warlick of Fairfax Station, Virginia; his son James Morton Warlick of Belgrade, Montana; and his sister Rachel Harrelson Warlick Dunn of Colfax.
