He was predeceased by: his daughter Gloria Madison; and his sisters, Ruby Mines and Elizabeth Williamson. He is survived by: his sons, John E. Morefield and Glenn Roy Morefield; and his siblings, Charles Morefield, Audrey Atkinson and Shirley Merryman. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
