He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Johnson and Beatrice Johnson; his son Kenneth Johnson; his grandmother Lucy of Washington; and his sister-in-law Fannie Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Marie Johnson, Yvonne Jefferson (Jerry), Henry Johnson, Jr. (Elsie) and Edward Paul Jones; and his brother Elmore Johnson. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
