She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Harmon and Minnie Harmon; her husband Claude Allen Hughes; and her grandson James Ferris Dobson. She is survived by: her children, Ricky Allen Hughes (Terry), Charles Michael Hughes, Linda Ruth Garrett (Troy) and Cathy Lynn Dobson (Danny). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Covenant Funeral Service - Fredericksburg (10830 Patriot Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (3702 Loren Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22408).
