She is survived by: her children, Bryan Stepp (Paula) and Valerie Stepp; her brother Leonidas "Lee" Phillips; her grandchildren, Andrew, Laura and Megan; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Jack, Neeson, Mattox and Scarlett. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving extended family.
