She was predeceased by: her parents, George P. Peek and Lois Frazier Peek; her siblings, Harry Peek and Nadine Peek Bufka; and her husband William Herbert O'Toole.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy O'Toole (Susan), Gregory O'Toole (Joy), Bryan O'Toole, Kathleen O'Toole Atkins (Phillip) and Daniel O'Toole (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Gavin, Avery, Colleen, Trevor (Danielle), Shaun, Ashley O'Toole Beacorn (Ben), Johnathan, Gabrielle O'Toole, MacKenzie Atkins Pope (Darren) and William Atkins; and her nephews, Kevin O'Toole (Pam), Harry Peek (Patti), Chris Peek (Aimee), Wayne Bufka (Anna) and Jenniene Bufka. She is also survived by her 12 great-grandchildren.
