He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Simpson Sr. and Lois Mundy Simpson. He is survived by: his sister Judith Forrest of Sierra Vista, AZ; his nieces and nephews, Caroline, Joseph, Lori, Martin and Patricia; his children, Trey and Cara; his nephew Sam; and his niece Emily Doxzon.
