He is survived by: his son David Wallace Lamb (Cathy) of Ohio; his stepson Patrick Lamar (Jackie) of Kansas; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Stroud (Kansas), Christopher Lamar (Alabama), Mark Lamb (Ohio), Steve Lamb (Ohio) and Sarah Harbottle (Ohio). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
