George Sutton Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Allen Sutton Sr. and Ruby Edna Sutton; and his brother Gary Sutton. He is survived by: his wife Janice S. Sutton; his daughter Laura Sutton Biggers; his son-in-law Jon Biggers; his grandchildren, Andy and Hope; his sons, Timothy Dylan Sutton and Kaiden; his brother Thomas Sutton Jr. (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Ed Somerville and Lori Nicholson (Greg). He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and a niece.
He then spent the final 13 years of his career working for the Virginia Outdoors Foundation in protected open-space easement stewardship before retiring in 2017.
