He was predeceased by: his son Mark E. Rumsey. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Erlene C. Rumsey; his children, James E Rumsey (Pat), Rebecca R Rodgers (Larry) and David G Rumsey (Sheila); his grandchildren, Shannon L Holloway (Jason), Anya L Craven, Lisa M Rumsey (Hunter Jones) and Andria Rumsey-Roles (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Gabe Craven, Abigail Craven, Benjamin Rumsey and Nathan Rumsey-Roles; and his daughter-in-law Betty Rumsey. He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren, as well as, numerous nieces and nephews.
