He was predeceased by: his father Conrad Choiniere; and his siblings, Gertrude LeBlanc, Bella Collette, Real Choiniere and Germain Choiniere.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hall; his children, David Choiniere (Angela) and Jennifer Ruben (Francisco); his grandchildren, Jack Choiniere, Casey Choiniere, Bryce Ruben and Marisa Ruben; his great grandchild Miles Choiniere; his niece Jacalyn Slaiby; and his caregiver Gaston. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
In lieu flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Roman Catholic Church or to Mary Washington Hospice.
