He is survived by: his wife Alice Graube; his sister Donna Thrift; his children, Ben and Kate Shaw; his grandsons, Billy Nuckols, Brandon Shaw, Levi Shaw and Jimmy Nuckols; and also, Wade Thrift, Tiffany and Kelly Shaw.
