He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Leitch and Sally Leitch of Fredericksburg, Virginia.; and his sisters, Joan Ammons and Rosalie Caudill. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his sons, Jason Leitch (Julie) and Chad Leitch (Valerie); his grandchildren, Carley of Jack, J. T., Camden and Sally; and his sister Valerie Morgan (Jimmy).

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Heart Association, Lisa Pitts Eley Cancer Foundation, or any local Veterans Charity.
