He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Fletcher and Nancy Fletcher; and his brother Timothy Fletcher. He is survived by: his siblings, David Fletcher (Janice) and Nancy Carol Morgan (Mitchell); his sister-in-law Debra Fletcher; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Reid (Conway), Tabitha Moore (Scott), Tiffani Fletcher, Marshall Morgan, David Fletcher (Aimee) and Jonathan Fletcher (Amanda).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Covenant Funeral Service - Fredericksburg (10830 Patriot Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408).
