He was predeceased by: his father Edward "Tunny" Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Callie Lucente Sullivan; his children, Kaitlyn Cornwell, Mason Sullivan (Molly), Brooke Shelton (Michael), Madison Faulconer and Kyle Faulconer (Amber); his grandchildren, Cason, Ellie, Rylee, Maylee and Elliott; his siblings, Julie Leitch (Jason) and Dave Sullivan (Vanessa); his mother Judith Sullivan; and his aunt Vernell Sullivan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
