He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Dawn Daniel; his daughters, Brittney Yager and Sydney Daniel; his siblings, James "JT" Daniel, Robert "Bobby" Daniel, Ellen Desper, Becky Daniel and Penny Armentrout (Rich); his nephew Christopher Desper (Megan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Easton and Brody; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney Murray (Mike), Fred Daniel (Maggie), Zach Armentrout, Scott Armentrout and Elizabeth Armentrout.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in loving memory of Scott Daniel to Mount Lebanon Church, 67 Mohican Trail Ruckersville, VA 22968.

“To say that I was devastated and heartbroken 💔 to learn of the death of my friend, Scotty, is an understatement. We worked together at the post office for over 30 years. He was such a hard worker . In fact, I think he was at work more than he was home. My heart goes out to his family, especially his brothers and sisters of which I am very fond. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. Rest in Peace dear friend, until we meet again 😢 Phyllis”
