He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Josephine Zuraf and Michael Zuraf; his siblings, Walter, Stella, Frances, John and Helen; his children, Michael (Carol), Andrea and Steven (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Audrey, Andrew, Alex and Aiden. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
After graduating King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA, Frank was a proud and distinguished public servant and mentor, during over thirty years with the Federal Government (HHS), and ten more with the SUNY Research Foundation.
