With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Tulloss Jr. of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on August 4, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Shirley C. Tulloss; and his parents, Franks S. Tulloss and Elizabeth G. Tulloss of Fredericksburg. He is survived by: his friend Marie Dobson Seay of Fredericksburg; his wife Marie Dobson Seay of Fredericksburg; his children, Katherine E. Tulloss of The Villages, FL., Teri Tulloss Bockian (Steve) of Orlando, FL., Frank S. Tulloss III of Fredericksburg, Robert S. Tulloss (Lisa) of Yorktown and John C. Tulloss (Sara) of Augusta, WV.; his grandchildren, Frank S. Tulloss IV (Katie), Kimberly M. Tulloss, Robert S. Tulloss Jr., Margaret E. Tulloss and Cole Arnett (Sheri); his great grandchildren, Tyler, Austin, Tristin and Layla; and his brother John G. Tulloss (Frances) of King George. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
