He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Kaye Smart of Richmond, VA and Shelly Smart McCullough (Dustin) of Rhoadesville, VA; his siblings, Deborah Nistle-Powell (Tim) of Fredericksburg, VA, Susan Harbin of Martinez, GA, Cheryl Miller (Matt) of Middletown, MD and Earl Williams (Darlene) of Rhoadesville, VA; and his grandchildren, Madison and Ryan McCullough. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
