It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Branan Roys (Fredericksburg, Virginia), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on July 27, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Roys and Laura G. Roys; and his son Kevin Chase Elkins. He is survived by: his wife Theresa E. Roys (Ziebell); his children, Lianne Tidwell (Doug), Megan Scallan (Roys), Wesley Berry (Kristi), Danielle Coleman (Daniel) and Branan Bybel (Matthew); his daughter-in-law Kimberly Elkins; his grandchildren, Trey Tidwell, Justin Tidwell, Grace Daulton (Dyllon), Jillian Scallan, Jarrett Coleman, Avery Coleman, Loralei Coleman, Mia Berry, Fiona Bybel, Penny Bybel, Arlo Bybel, Wendy Elkins, Simon Elkins and Felicity Elkins; his former wife Sharon Finley; and his brothers, Ronald Roys (Michelle) and Daniel Roys (Tammy).
