He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Burkacki and Mary Burkacki; and his daughter Mary Woodbridge. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Rigg (Aaron), Patricia Matteson (Chris) and Jean Doss (Lamont); his grandchildren, Elliott, Xavier, Kevin, Mary Jane, Daniel, Tobias and Giavanni Jr.; his brother Joseph Burkacki (Alice); his niece Lynda Dzikowski; his great-niece Melissa Kalinowski (Joe); and also, Adrienne Shewaski (Stan), Joseph and Alexandra. He is also survived by cousins and longtime friends.
