She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin W. Cline; and her daughter Barbara Cline Coble. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Keefe of Fredericksburg and Kyna of Spotsylvania County; her siblings, Randolph White of Warrenton and Jean Hope Duckworth of West Virginia; and her great grandchildren, Kiera and Caleb Franklin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
