She was predeceased by: her father Franklin Watts; and her brother David "Bowzer" Kelly. She is survived by: her mother Margie Watts; her sisters, Joy Watts and Anita Watts; and her nephew Joseph Hebert. She is also survived by other loving extended family and friends.
