He was predeceased by: his parents, Lovis Stacy-Allen and Elzie Allen; his siblings, Willie Allen, Jimmy Allen, Billy Allen, Thelma Allen and Herman Allen; his daughter Bonnie Jane Allen; and his grandchildren, Dawn Fetterolf, Angela Allen and Charles Roger Stallard III.
He is survived by: his children, Kenny (Evelyn Allen), Mike Allen (Tiffany McDowell), Steve Allen, Wanda (Moe), Robyn Mullins of Paynesville, WV, Sandy (Carroll), Kathy (Mark), Kim (Jeff Johnson), Stacy (Holly Allen) and Karen Lawhorn-Allen of Lebanon, TN.. He is also survived by 35 Great-Grandchildren and 8 Great-Great Grandchildren.
