She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Douglas Garnett of Midland, VA and David Blackwell (Adrienne) of Bealeton, VA; her mother Hilda Mae Blackwell (Joyce M. Johnson) of Midland, VA; and her former husband Thomas C. Allen of Fredericksburg, VA. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
