She was predeceased by: her husband Edward M. Boutchyard; and her parents, Willie Kidd and Annie Kidd. She is survived by: her sister Annie Mae Jones of Falmouth; and her children, Frances Brooks (James) of Stafford, Frank Boutchyard (Peggy) of Rio Rico, AZ, Peggy Kulynych of Bowling Green, Bobby Boutchyard (Kay) of Rhoadsville, Donna Timmons (Vincent) of Warsaw and Susan Hirsch (Michael) of Bowling Green. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that contributions be made to her grandsons' church, Rev. R. Abraham Kulynych, City of Refuge Fellowship, P.O. Box 27, Burlington, NJ 08016.
