He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tibbs and Laura Coleman Rollins; his wife Annie Jean Dudley; and his siblings, Mamie Rollins Montague, William "Bill" of Allen and Leonard "Jack" Rollins.
He is survived by: his children, Lorraine and Emanuel C. Rollins, Jr. (Roxanne); his grandchildren, Dorien, Darius, Gwendolyn, Geneieve, Gabrielle and Lauranne; his great grandchildren, Ozias and Zyaire; his goddaughter Cydnee Bayless; his siblings, Evelyn R. Montague, Claudia R. Bayless, Margaret R. "Bebe" Jones, Melvin T. Rollins and Lewis "Luco" Rollins; his caregiver Linda V. Rollins; his aunt Frances M. Johnson; and his caregiver Deborah Rodriguez. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins, a host of other relatives, and the best of friends.
