He is survived by: his wife Carole Reeve Williams; his sons, Elmer Cassius "Bill" Williams III and Charles Lewis "Chuck" Williams (Allison); his granddaughter Tiffany Lynskey (Todd); his great grandchildren, Hayden and Vivian; and his siblings, Ed (Ann) and Lorraine Sullivan (late Wallace). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
