It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ellen Phillips of Fredericksburg, Virginia, born in Washington, Indiana, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Stafford; her children, David, Vicki and Ricky; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Ellen, Shane, David II, Robert, Tammy and Cody; her great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Hallie, Cierra, LCpl Dillon Craig, Kadence, Jonathon, Wyatt, Maecie and Nora Grace; her great great grandchildren, Valerie, Emy, Cooper, Meadow, Waylon, Bascom and Laynie; her close friend Margaret; her son Buck; and her husband Cabell. She was also cherished by great-grandchildren.
