She is survived by: her daughters, Rochelle Myers (Richard), Pamela Vines (Tony), Dr. Phyllis Braxton and Dr. Sherri Castanzo (Ron); her grandchildren, Ashley, Alexis, Donovan, Tyler, Ethan and Sarah; and her siblings, Betty Washington, Patricia Harrison, Wanda Brown and Thomas Washington, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
