He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley T. Fortune. He is survived by: his children, Lisa, Melissa (Lonnie), Sandra, Dwayne (Theresa), Karl (Jenny) and Dean; his grandchildren, Eric Turner (Stasey), Lance, McKenna Stabler, Tony Fortune, Heather Moon, Karen Meadows, Caleb, Christopher, Hunter Fortune, Nikki James, Meaghan Wooten and Ben Wooten; and his great grandchildren, Donovan, Athena Turner, Anthony Bullock, Braiden, Bella Stabler, Tyler Moon, Brooke, Zailea, Calla Fortune, Ariyah, Mya Meadows and Ruger Fortune.
