It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothyjean Jamieson (Fredericksburg, Virginia), who passed away on February 16, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Eleanor McKittrick Downs and John Wallace Downs. She is survived by: her children, John Edward Jamieson (Elizabeth) and Eleanor Jamieson Ledoux (Marque); her grandchildren, Ryan Andrew Jamieson (Cynthia), Benjamin Charles Jamieson (Erica), Jessica Marie Ledoux, William McKittrick Jamieson, Elizabeth Ruby Jamieson and Jamieson Alexander Ledoux; and her great grandchildren, Harper Jean Jamieson and Conrad Asher Jamieson.
Interment will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, February 25 in Bayview Cemetery in Jersey City, N.J. In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to the Dorothyjean Downs Jamieson Fund of the Germanna Community College Educational Foundation, http://www.germanna.edu.
