We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2023, at the age of 92, Dorothy Mae Cropp (Fredericksburg, Virginia), born in Spotsylvania, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie McCarthy and Daniel McCarthy; her husband Russell D. Cropp; and her siblings, Willie, Robert, Ernest, James, Lily, Ethel and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Cropp-Kohlligian, Russell T. Cropp (Mary), Mark D. Cropp (Micki) and Tracy Cropp Gallimore (Mark); her grandchildren, Dorothy, Dennis, Lindsay, Russell, Casey, Zachary, Kevin, Charlie and James; her pet Jasper; and her caregiver Miranda Morris. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Spotsylvania Fire & Rescue Station 10 (P.O. Box 818, Spotsylvania, VA 22553).
