She was predeceased by: her husband Luther C. Blake; and her son Dennis R. Blake. She is survived by: her son Roger L. Blake (Debbie); her grandchildren, Katie Murphy (Bob), Kendall May (Kenny), Courtney Blake, Matthew Blake (Sarah) and Megan Blake-Bowie (Gene); and her sisters, Jeanette Gatewood and Sarah Ann Debernard. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
