He is survived by: his children, Robin Payne (Chuck) and Jeff Morgan (Marsha); his grandchildren, Chip Payne (Leah), Neil Payne (Krystal), Hunter Morgan and Megan Morgan; his great grandchildren, Cooper Payne and Wyatt Payne; and his siblings, John Morgan (Kathleen), Michael Morgan (Peggy), Sue Harper and Kathy Hatcher (David).
