We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2018, at the age of 75, Donald B. Ballard (Fredericksburg, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Patti Ballard; his children, Mark Shover (Ginger) and Tracy Shover; his stepchildren, Rodney Covington (Lori) and Brian Covington (Cindy); his grandchildren, Chip Shover, Bailey Shover, Michael Covington, Taylor, Emily and Drew Covington; and his sister Joan Branham.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rehoboth United Methodist Church, 18580 Partlow Road, Beaverdam, VA 23015.
