With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Osborn (Fredericksburg, Virginia), who passed away on February 24, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ellen; his sons, David Osborn and Michael Osborn (Loie); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth and John Osborn.
