He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Scott Fowler; his daughters, Shameen Wynn of Maryland, Leonia Houston (Kewan) of Mississippi and Jessica Winters of Woodbridge, VA; his siblings, Juanita Lear (Clyde) of Yazoo City, Deloris Smith of Yazoo City, Rosa Lee Fowler of Yazoo City, Jannah Williams (Wiley) of Dallas, TX, Dorothy Watkins of Detroit, MI and Tarome Fowler of Colonial Beach, VA; his grandsons, DiJin Wynn (Kewan II) of Maryland, KJ and Kairo Houston of Mississippi; his mother-in-law Annie B. Scott; and his brother-in-law Robert (Penny) of King George, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.
