She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Smith and Margie Hassler Smith. She is survived by: her husband Eric; her daughters, Jessica Agett (Hunter) and Kaitlin Goforth; her grandchildren, Paxton Agett and Ashlyn Agett; and her siblings, Cathy Cathey, Kim McFarland (Bryan) and Bart Smith.
