She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxie Powell and John Powell. She is survived by: her husband David McClellan Williams; her children, Cathy Williams Peters (Michael) of Charlottesville and David McClellan Williams, Jr. (Cathy) of Fredericksburg; and her grandchildren, Sarah Glenn Marsh (Christopher), Lindsey McClellan Peters, Caroline Elizabeth Williams and David McClellan Williams, III.
