He was predeceased by: his wife Elva Anne Walker; his parents, Floyd Walker and Helen Walker; and his siblings, Floyd Irving, Billy, Mary, Norman and Thelma.
He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Anne Walker; his son-in-law Roy; his grandchildren, Amanda Potter and Roy Potter Jr. (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Lexi, Kaylee of Autumn, D. J., Luke, Brantlee and Paisleigh; his great great grandchild Ellis; his siblings, Brian (Lisa), Eva, Laura (Floyd), Helen and Debbie (Willie); and his nephew Dallas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Covenant Funeral Service (10830 Patriot Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408).
