It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David W. Richmond (Fredericksburg, Virginia), who passed away on October 6, 2018, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Candace McMillin; his father Paul Richmond Sr.; and his niece Winter Richmond. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Soto; his grandchildren, Anthony Soto, Isaiah Soto and Tyler McMillin; his mother Carol Richmond; and his siblings, Paul Richmond (Martina), Ronald Richmond, Joyce Wood (Gilbert) and Laverne Bower (Tony). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
