He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive father Charles (Harriet); his wife Margaret Culpepper; his son David Culpepper (Emily Cayton); his brother Barry Culpepper (Melinda Douglas); his grandson Oscar Culpepper; and his parents, Charles Culpepper and Harriet Culpepper.
