It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David John Owen (Fredericksburg, Virginia), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepfather Albert Pennock. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cardwell Owen; his children, Laurie Hottle and Todd Owen; his grandchildren, Lisa Ann VanLandlingham and Austin John Owen; his great grandchild Adelyn Grace Jackson; and his children-in-law, Freddie Hottle and Jennifer Owen.
