It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Jaspan of Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on August 13, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Mullins; his son Tyler E. Jaspan; and his sister Carol Bernhard.

David was also a dog lover, and he has asked that in lieu of flowers, you consider donating to Oldies but Goodies Cocker Spaniel Rescue (4400 Walsh St., Chevy Chase MD 20824).
