He is survived by: his sisters, Katherine Price and Cynthia Bruce Kramer; his children, Timothy (Caitlin), Daniel (Nadia), Madison Collins (David), Mary Claire, John and Caleb; his grandchildren, Theodore, Sophia, Fulton, Matthew, Henry, Augustine, Azélie, Anne, Louisa and Peter; and his former wife Mary.
